ELVIRA RUS, aged 57 and of Muscliffe Road, Bournemouth, found guilty of assaulting a woman in Ashley Heath on September 5, 2022. Fined £787. To pay £315 surcharge and £620 costs.

STEPHEN GILES CAMPBELL-COOKE, aged 56 and of St Stephen’s Road, Bournemouth, found guilty of assaulting a woman by beating her in Poole on May 28, 2022. Community order made, whereby the defendant must carry out 150 hours of unpaid work. Restraining order made, which lasts until May 24, 2025. To pay £114 surcharge and £620 costs.

HEATHER BARRON, aged 28 and of Churchill Road, Bournemouth, admits driving a Mercedes motor vehicle in Holdenhurst Road, Bournemouth, on May 5 with alcohol in her system which exceeded the prescribed limit. Fined £80. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 18 months. To pay £85 costs and £32 surcharge.

Community order made, whereby the defendant must carry out 80 hours of unpaid work. To pay £4,451.35 compensation, £85 costs and £114 surcharge.

ANTONIO BOTIAS MARIN, aged 31 and of Edmund Crescent, Poole, admits driving a motor vehicle in Herbert Avenue, Poole, on May 5 with 45 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £553.
