EAST DORSET

MAXIMILIAAN KENNEDY-VAN DAM, aged 57 and of Bingham Road, Verwood, found guilty of driving a yellow CCM dual motorcycle in Station Road, Verwood, on August 1, 2022, with 160 milligrams of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood. Fined £180. To pay £72 surcharge and £620 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving for 20 months.

POOLE

ARLIND ELEZI, aged 20 and of Hercules Road, London, admits using a Vauxhall Astra in Chapel Lane, Poole, on February 25 without insurance. Fined £120. To pay £48 surcharge and £85 costs. Driving record endorsed with six points. Also admits driving a Vauxhall Astra in Chapel Lane, Poole, on February 25 without a licence. No separate penalty. Driving record endorsed.

IAN HOUGHTON, aged 47 and of Lytchett Drive, Poole, admits being drunk trying to enter a designated sports ground at a time during the period of a designated sporting event at Vitality Stadium in King’s Park Drive on February 25. Fined £100. To pay £80 surcharge and £85 costs. Also admits using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress at Vitality Stadium in King’s Park Drive on February 25. Fined £100.

Bournemouth Echo:

ABIGAIL-JO MCLAUGHLIN, aged 29 and of Springdale Avenue, Poole, admits when suspected of having driven a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen or specimens of breath for analysis in the course of an investigation into whether she had committed an offence, failing to do so in Exeter Park Road, Bournemouth, on November 25, 2022. Fined £300. To pay £120 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 16 months. Also admits using a motor vehicle the manner in which passengers were carried on it was such that its use involved a danger of injury to any person in Exeter Park Road, Bournemouth, on November 25, 2022. No separate penalty. Driving record endorsed.

JOSEPH STANTON TUCKER, aged 19 and of Pinewood Road, Upton, admits assaulting a man by beating him in Weymouth on March 12. Discharged conditionally for 18 months. To pay £26 surcharge and £85 costs.

CRAIG BENJAMIN ROBERTS, aged 27 and of Sturt Close, Poole, admits failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made on June 10, 2022, by failing to attend appointments as directed on January 9 and January 23. Fined £40. To pay £60 costs.

JOSHUA LEE BUTLER, aged 18 and of Lagland Street, Poole, admits him and another person, knowing that a conveyance, namely a blue Ford Galaxy had been taken without the consent of the owner or other lawful authority, drove the said conveyance in Aldersgate Way, Poole, on August 6, 2022. Community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in up to 25 days of rehabilitation activity requirement and 40 hours of unpaid work. To pay £114 surcharge. Also admits driving a blue Ford Galaxy in Aldersgate Way, Poole, on August 6, 2022, while disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence. Community order made. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for six months. Also admits using a blue Ford Galaxy in Aldersgate Way, Poole, on August 6, 2022, without insurance. No separate penalty. Driving record endorsed.
