BOURNEMOUTH

MARCUS MCGRATH, aged 35 and of Exeter Park Road, Bournemouth, admits pursuing a course of conduct which amounted to the harassment of a woman and which he knew or ought to have known amounted to the harassment of her in that he sent numerous messages, flowers, used third parties to make contact and turned up at her work address between May 11, 2022, and May 21, 2022, in Poole. Community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in up 30 days of rehabilitation activity requirement. Restraining order made, which lasts until January 26, 2024. To pay £95 surcharge and £85 costs.

COREY WILLIAM GUDGEON, aged 42 and of Pine Road, Bournemouth, admits using towards a man threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour, with intent to cause that person to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against him by any person, or to provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence by him or whereby that person was likely to believe that such violence would be used, or it was likely that such violence would be provoked and the offence was racially aggravated in Wimborne Road, Bournemouth, on July 27, 2022. Community order made, whereby the defendant must not enter Co-op in Wimborne Road, Bournemouth for 12 months. To pay £100 compensation.

LUCY KATE SMITH, aged 22 and of Leydene Avenue, Bournemo9uth, admits failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made on September 1, 2022, by failing to comply with the supervision element by not attending six appointments at Bournemouth Probation. Fined £40.

DEIVIDAS LACAVICIUS, aged 36 and of Charminster Road, Bournemouth, admits failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made on January 14, 2022, by failing to attend for planned initial induction appointments on January 21, 2022, and January 27, 2022. Community order revoked. To pay £60 costs. New community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in up to five days of rehabilitation activity requirement.

MARCUS ANTHONY JARVIS, aged 33 and of HMP Winchester, admits damaging a window to the value of £388.24 belonging to a man in Bournemouth on October 15, 2021. Fined £40. To pay £30 surcharge.

FEGITA CHRISTINE SIMMS, aged 38 and of Mount Road, Bournemouth, admits assaulting PC McCourt, an emergency worker acting in the exercise of his functions as such a worker, by beating him in Madeira Road, Bournemouth, on August 5, 2022. Community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in up to 30 days of rehabilitation activity requirement. To pay £114 surcharge. Also admits assaulting PC Nicholas, an emergency worker acting in the exercise of her functions as such a worker, by beating her in Madeira Road, Bournemouth, on August 5, 2022. Community order made. Also admits conviction of an offence while a community order made on October 13, 2022, for an offence of possession of knife was in force. Community order revoked. New community order made.

CHRISTCHURCH

CAMERON JOSEPH COOK, aged 22 and of Campbell Road, Burton, admits assaulting a man thereby occasioning him actual bodily harm in Old Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, on June 4, 2022. Community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in up to 20 days of rehabilitation activity requirement and 200 hours of unpaid work. To pay £1,500 compensation, £95 surcharge and £85 costs.

POOLE

ADRIAN SEKNKANS, aged 44 and of no fixed abode, convicted driving a Vauxhall Vivaro in Buckland Road, Poole, on January 16, 2021, with 80 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £120. To pay £34 surcharge and £300 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 18 months. Also admits failing to surrender to custody at Poole Magistrates’ Court on August 13, 2021, having been released on bail in criminal proceedings on March 3, 2021. Fined £40.

KARL STACEY GREGORY, aged 50 and of Dorchester Road, Upton, admits resisting PC Kerslake a constable in the execution of his duty in Upton on January 26. Discharged conditionally for six months. To pay £26 surcharge and £85 costs.
