“MULTIPLE” calls were made to the fire service over a blaze involving a hedge in the early hours of Sunday morning, January 29.
The fire in Valette Road in the Moordown area of Bournemouth was reported at 1.06am.
Fire crews from Redhill Park attended and found a hedge to be “well alight” outside a property.
Dorset and Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service said: “Control received multiple calls for a fire in the open.
“A crew from Redhill station attended and found a hedge well alight outside of a property.
“The fire was extinguished using two hose reel jets.”
On Saturday afternoon, firefighters from Westbourne and Poole fire stations dealt with a fire at a disused property off Lilliput Road in Poole.
The fire was reported at 2.36pm.
It was extinguished using one hose reel jet.
