BOURNEMOUTH

DANIEL JAMES BROWN, aged 35 and of Parkway Drive, Bournemouth, admits driving an Audi in Lansdowne Road, Bournemouth, on December 7 with 59 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £500. To pay £200 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months.

COSTIN GHINESCU, aged 41 and of Norwich Road, Bournemouth, admits driving a motor vehicle on the M3 southbound into Winchester Services southbound when the proportion of THC exceeded the specified limit. Fined £160. To pay £64 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months.

LEE MARTIN TURNER, aged 35 and no fixed abode, admits failing to comply with a direction given to her under section 25 of the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014 in that he failed to leave Holdenhurst Road on August 25. Committed to prison for two weeks consecutive. To pay £154 surcharge. Also admits failing to surrender to custody at Poole Magistrates’ Court on September 21, having been released on bail in criminal proceedings on August 25. No separate penalty. Also admits commission of a further offence during the operation period of a suspended sentence order made on November 2, 2021, for an offence of common assault by beating. Also admits failing to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence order made on November 2, 2021, by failing to comply with instructed probation office appointments on June 28, July 11 and August 19 by attending intoxicated and failing to attend an instructed probation office appointment on August 10. Suspended sentence of imprisonment of eight weeks suspended for 24 months imposed as a sentence of six weeks. Overall length of sentence eight weeks.

KATHERINE ANNE MARY MCKENDRICK, aged 58 and of Curzon Road, Bournemouth, admits with intent to cause a Community Safety Accreditation Scheme Officer harassment, alarm or distress, using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour thereby causing that or another person harassment, alarm or distress in Boscombe Precinct on May 21 and the offence was racially aggravated. Fined £100. To pay £75 compensation. Also admits with intent to cause a man harassment, alarm or distress, using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour, thereby causing that person or another harassment, alarm or distress at Urban Gardens, Exeter Crescent, Bournemouth, on August 4. Community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in up to 10 days of rehabilitation activity requirement. To pay £75 compensation.

CHRISTCHURCH

LEE DREW, aged 43 and of Irvine Way, Christchurch, admits failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made on March 11 by failing to attend probation appointments as instructed on September 20, September 27 and October 4. Order to continue. Fined £40. To pay £60 costs.

TIMOTHY ROBERT TINTON, aged 43 and of no fixed abode, admits stealing a pedal cycle to the value of £350 belonging to a man in High Street, Christchurch, on June 9. Committed to prison for two weeks consecutive. To pay £128 surcharge. Also admits entering an area on December 2 which he was prohibited from doing by a restraining order made on January 14. Committed to prison for six weeks. Overall length of sentence eight weeks.

NORTH DORSET

BETHAN HAYES-DRURY, aged 31 and of Orchard Street, Blandford Forum, admits stealing multiple bottles of alcohol and grocery items valued at £500 belonging to Waitrose in South Street, Dorchester, on February 3. Community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in up to 30 days of rehabilitation activity requirement. To pay £95 surcharge. Also admits stealing multiple bottles of spirits to the value of £300 belonging to Tesco in Stour Park, Blandford St Mary, on March 13. Community order made.

POOLE

REETA HILL, aged 41 and of Dunyeats Road, Poole, admits driving a Jaguar motor car in Waterloo Road, Poole, on March 16 without due care and attention. Fined £300. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs. Driving record endorsed with seven points.

MATTHEW HANNA, aged 19 and of Windsor Road, Poole, admits failing to comply with the requirements of a community order on August 15 by failing to attend scheduled appointments on September 28, October 17 and November 16 and attended late for an appointment on November 18. Order to continue. Fined £40. To pay £60 costs.

RUPERT CHOLMONDELEY MANN, aged 53 and of Oxford Road, Donnington, convicted of failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a Land Rover, who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence after March 27. Fined £660. To pay £66 surcharge and £340 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for six months.
