BOURNEMOUTH

TRACY JAYNE HAMILL, aged 48 and of Stone Gardens, Bournemouth, admits assaulting a person by beating and the offence was racially aggravated in Walpole Road, Bournemouth, on July 11, 2021. Community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in up to 35 days of rehabilitation activity requirement. To pay £175 compensation and £95 surcharge.

JOHN JONES, aged 53 and of St Paul’s Lane, Bournemouth, admits stealing £101.97 worth of denim jackets belonging to Yours Clothing in Old Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, on September 9. Discharged conditionally for nine months. To pay £26 surcharge. Also admits stealing £272.50 worth of handbags belonging to Clarks in Commercial Road, Bournemouth, on September 9. Discharged conditionally for nine months.

MARK GEORGE KELLY, aged 46 and of Midland Road, Winton, admits failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made on September 2, 2021, by failing to attend planned office appointments on July 18, July 25 and August 1. Community order revoked. Committed to prison for eight weeks.

MICHAEL DOUGLAS GRIFFITHS, aged 22 and of Duncliff Road, Bournemouth, admits damaging a police vehicle window to the value of £171 belonging to Dorset Police in Cranleigh Road, Bournemouth, on June 8. Fined £100. To pay £171 compensation.

CEIGAN GEORGE HAWLEY, aged 23 and of Gresham Road, Bournemouth, admits committing fraud in that he dishonestly made a false representation, namely signed stolen cheques in the name of a man and submitted them to the bank, intending to make a gain, namely £450 to be added to his accounts in Weymouth on August 3, 2020. Community order made, whereby the defendant must follow an overnight curfew for four months and take part in up to 10 days of rehabilitation activity requirement. To pay £450 compensation and £95 surcharge.

LAURENTIU-COSMIN CAPSA, aged 36 and of Walpole Road, Bournemouth, admits driving a motor vehicle in Palmerston Road, Bournemouth, on September 19 with 40 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £300. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months. Also admits driving a motor vehicle in Palmerston Road, Bournemouth, on September 19 without a licence. No separate penalty. Driving record endorsed. EAST DORSET

JAMES THOMAS HILLS, aged 29 and of Phelipps Road, Corfe Mullen, admits via Facebook Messenger, sending numerous messages between July 24 and August 12, which he was prohibited from doing by a restraining order imposed by Poole Magistrates’ Court on July 18. Community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in a 42-day accredited programme and up to 20 days of rehabilitation activity requirements. Fined £200. To pay £114 surcharge and £85 costs. Also admits causing to be sent by means of a public electronic communications network a message that was grossly offensive or of an indecent, obscene or menacing character on August 12. Community order made.

POOLE

CHRISTOPHER JONES, aged 39 and of Harry Paye Close, Poole, admits using a Citroen motor vehicle in Ringwood Road, Poole, on December 6, 2020, without insurance. No separate penalty. Driving record endorsed. Also admits driving a Citroen motor vehicle in Ringwood Road, Poole, on December 6, 2020, while disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence. Community order made, whereby the defendant must carry out 100 hours of unpaid work. To pay £95 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for six months.

JOHN PHILIP LOADER, aged 55 and of Cheltenham Road, Poole, admits driving a Ford motor vehicle on the A338 Wessex Way, Dean Park, Bournemouth, on November 24, 2021. Fined £100. To pay £34 surcharge. Driving record endorsed with three points.
