BCP COUNCIL confirmed their planning portal went down again on Friday evening.
This is the second time residents have been unable to comment on Bournemouth planning applications on the BCP Council website due to a broken link.
A BCP Council spokesperson said: “We’ve checked and the portal was not accessible for a short time on Friday, but we began receiving comments on applications again from 6.30pm that evening.
“Residents are also always able to submit comments via email: planning.bournemouth@bcpcouncil.gov.uk as well.”
The Daily Echo first reported on the issue on August 9 after residents were unable to leave objections on planning applications for several days.

Residents campaigning against an application to build flats on Southbourne Crossroads car park called for an extension to the application deadline.
Campaigner Lucy Beale, said: “The objection page is still not working and we are waiting for the council to fix it while the clock ticks away.
"We only had 21 days to object, it's now 15 as they have not fixed it. When it is finally fixed they need to reset the 21 days for us to have a chance to object. We have contacted them but it is still not working."
When asked whether residents would be given an extension, a BCP Council spokesperson said: “No extension is needed, as comments can be received right up to when the final decision is made.”
