DILLON ERNEST ROWSON, aged 21 and of Palmerston Road, Bournemouth, admits having six grams of cannabis in Palmerston Road, Bournemouth, on June 22. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. To pay £26 surcharge and £85 costs. Drugs to be forfeited and destroyed.

BARDIE LEACH, aged 52 and of Drummond Road, Bournemouth, convicted of assaulting a woman by beating her in Bournemouth on April 29, 2021. Community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in up to 10 days of rehabilitation activity requirement. To pay £200 compensation. Also convicted using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress thereby in Bournemouth on April 29, 2021. No separate penalty.

PAUL YUL-IFODE, aged 38 and of Fir Vale Road, Bournemouth, admits pursuing a course of conduct which amounted to the harassment of a woman in Bournemouth between June 23, 2021, and June 28, 2021, and which he knew or ought to have known amounted to the harassment of her in that he sent numerous text messages, threatening and offensive videos and followed her to her place of work on two occasions without reasonable grounds to do so. Community order made, whereby the defendant must carry out 200 hours of unpaid work. Restraining order made, which lasts until August 10, 2025. To pay £95 surcharge and £300 costs.

ROBERT LEE MAGNUM, aged 69 and of Elgar Road, Bournemouth, found guilty of driving a Citroen motor car on the A338 Blackwater to Cooper Dean southbound, Christchurch, on November 17, 2021, at a speed exceeding 50mph, namely 66mph. Fined £120. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs. Driving record endorsed with four points.
