This weekend thousands of music fans will be flocking to Lulworth Castle for Camp Bestival to experience three days of family fun.

After 14 years in Dorset, the event returns again this year for an epic mix of everything from Rag ‘n’ Bone Man to Horrible Histories.

But before you head to the festival, we have everything you need to know from door times and tickets availability.

When is Camp Bestival at Lulworth Castle?

The three-day festival, organised by former BBC Radio 1 DJ Rob Da Bank, is set to take place from this Friday to Sunday (July 29-31).

Weekend ticket holders can arrive from Thursday though, for anyone looking to get camping arrangements set up early.

What time do gates open for Camp Bestival at Lulworth Castle?

For weekend ticket holders, car parks will open from 9am on Thursday while box offices and campsites open at 10am.

On Friday, Saturday and Sunday, car parks and campsite entrances open at 7am.

There will be no entry or re-entry into the festival site after midnight on any night and no entry after 8.30pm on Sunday.

Campsites will close at midday on Monday and car parks at 2pm.

Camp Bestival line-up?

On Friday, headliner Rag’N’Bone Man will follow Indie rock band Razorlight.

The disco taps get turned on full on Saturday with star-studded headliners Kool and The Gang and Earth Wind & Fire taking to the stage.

Ending on a a high, Sister Sledge, step onto the Dorset stage before pop headliner Rudimental. All finished up with the fireworks finale.

Can I pay by cash or card at Camp Bestival at Lulworth Castle?

All bars and food traders at Camp Bestival will be accepting cashless payments only. You can use debit or credit cards or phone apps such as Google Pay and Apple Pay.

Small amounts of cash will still be needed around the site for workshops, funfair rides, and other traders and retailers.

Where can I charge my mobile at Camp Bestival?

Revellers who want to keep up with their social channels, take photos or simply stay connected, can charge their phones at the festival’s phone charging stall.

You can also charge up at the on-site lockers - but don't forget to bring cables and plugs to fit your phone if you want to use this facility.
