FOLLOWING the article in today’s Echo entitled Rubbish on beach anger, I saw, last Sunday, litter discarded on the East Cliff right in front of where the goats were grazing.
I am a local resident who is fed up with the influx of weekenders causing havoc in regard to rubbish left sand also complete disregard for pedestrians.
On Sunday 10 I walking from Russell Coates towards whole of the East Cliff and nearly half my journey was blocked by cars on the pavement from 10am till 5pm when I returned and I did not see any tickets on any car.
Where are the promises of towaways from the local council that they were ready for this.
It seems to me not doing anything is encouraging this behaviour.
