A BOUTIQUE B&B recently named the 'world's fourth best' has been voted as the best hotel to grab breakfast across the whole of England.
Dorset House, in Lyme Regis, has won AA Best Breakfast of the Year in England at the AA B&B Awards 2022.
Hotel & Hospitality Services has announced the winners of the AA B&B Awards, recognising the UK’s top B&Bs and the dedicated teams who run them - with Dorset House winning AA Best Breakfast of the Year in England.
Lyn Martin, owner and chef of Dorset House, said: "We’re so incredibly proud to receive this accolade from such a prestigious body - it really makes all of the hard work worthwhile.
"We’re so lucky to have an amazing network of local food producers and love the creativity in creating our daily breakfast menus so it’s lovely for this award to spotlight the passionate food culture of the southwest."
Now in their 26th year, the AA B&B Awards cover categories including Friendliest B&B, Inn of the Year and Regional Breakfasts of the Year.

In May last year, the luxury B&B, in Pound Road which first opened in 2014, was rated as the world's fourth best B&B in Tripadvisor's Travellers’ Choice® Best of the Best Awards for Hotels.
In the same month last year, Dorset House was also became the smallest business to achieve the sought-after accolade of Hospitality Assured Accreditation.
The quality accreditation from Hospitality Assured (HA) recognises excellence in customer service and outstanding quality.
Dorset House also picked up the Gold award for 'Best B&B and Guesthouse of 2021 as part of the South West England Tourism Awards back in April last year.
Alongside Dorset House, Arden Country House won the AA Best Breakfast of the Year in Scotland, while Peterstone Court won the award in Wales.
