THE “best week of summer so far” is in store for Dorset, a Bournemouth-based forecaster has said.
Dorset Sun said it will be turning warmer as the week progresses with temperatures set to reach the high 20s by Saturday.
Giving an update, Dorset Sun said: “A stunning week to come with high pressure in control and little risk of any rain. Turning warmer as the week progresses too.
“Probably the best week of summer so far.”

Today will see cloudy conditions changing to sunny intervals by early evening.
The remainder of the week will be settled and dry with wall-to-wall sunshine expected at the weekend.
The Met Office outlook reads: "High pressure builds from the southwest on Friday, which will come to define this period. Southern and eastern parts can expect the best of any fine and dry weather, light winds, and very warm temperatures."
Weather enthusiast Dorset Sun said last month saw “above average” and “average” rainfall.
Dorset Sun said: “June came out with just above average temperatures and average rainfall for Dorset.
"There was no proper hot spell, but we did get a couple of warm days around mid month.”
