OUTRAGEOUS behaviour from BCP Council.
Leah Spicer (article Tuesday 28th) has followed many others in putting out their rubbish for collection. For an enforcement officer to take photos and then come back and ‘read her, her rights’ is beyond belief.
This was a genuine error by the lady.
Why can’t the council work with the public when mistakes are made and then corrective action can be swiftly taken?
This is a real injustice, let’s have some empathy and understanding BCP Council?
