CALLUM MATTHEW ANTHONY SMITH, 31 and of Southcote Road, Bournemouth, admits driving a motor vehicle in Ringwood Road, Longham, on May 23 while disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence. Committed to prison for 12 weeks, suspended for 12 months. To pay £128 surcharge. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for two years. Also admits using a motor vehicle in Ringwood Road, Longham, on May 23 without insurance. No separate penalty. Driving record endorsed. Also admits commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order made on January 10 for the offences of fail to provide specimen and fail bail. Suspended sentence of eight weeks imprisonment, suspended for six months, amended by extending the operational period to 12 months.

KIMBERLEY SEYMOUR, aged 34 and of Durley Gardens, Bournemouth, admits being the keeper of a Ford KA Zetec on the A35 St Paul’s Road, Bournemouth, on February 23, 2021, which was unlicensed and in respect of which a period of 12 months had elapsed throughout which that vehicle had been kept in Great Britain unlicensed, she failed to deliver the required declaration and particularly in relation to the vehicle to the Secretary of State. Fined £120. To pay £15 vehicle excise back duty and £85 costs.

EAST DORSET

LIAM LAPOINTE-NEUMANN, aged 27 and of Poole Road, Wimborne, admits failing to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence order made on June 21, 2021, by failing to keep in contact with the probation service and failing to provide an up to date medical certificate or advise of his current address. Suspended sentence of 52 weeks imprisonment, suspended for 18 months, amended by extending the operational period to 24 months.

POOLE

RASAQ OSMAN ALLI-BALOGUN, aged 29 and of Yarmouth Road, Poole, admits driving a Renault in Charminster Road, Bournemouth, on February 25, 2021, with seven micrograms of THC per litre of blood. Fined £623. To pay £62 surcharge and £150 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 18 months.

LOGAN JAMIE BLAKE, aged 22 and of Egmont Road, Poole, found guilty of assaulting a woman by beating her in Poole on June 8, 2020. Community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in up to 25 days of rehabilitation activity requirement. To pay £150 compensation and £95 surcharge.

JASON JOHN NEWMAN, aged 32 and of Bournemouth Road, Poole, admits using towards a man threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause that person to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against them by any person, or to provoke the immediate use of violence by him whereby that person was likely to believe that such violence would be used, or it was likely that such violence would be provoked in Poole on March 19. Community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in up to 25 days of rehabilitation activity requirement and carry out 40 hours of unpaid work. To pay £100 compensation.

HARRY FLYNN WARWICK, aged 18 and of Dale Valley Road, Poole, admits together with two people, assaulting a man thereby occasioning him actual bodily harm in Poole on June 14, 2020. Community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in up to 30 days of rehabilitation activity requirement and carry out 50 hours of unpaid work. To pay £250 compensation.

TYLER JAMES NIMMO, aged 26 and of Dover Close, Poole, admits failing to notify police that he had a new internet device (phone) in Poole on February 25, which he was prohibited from doing by an order made on January 22, 2016. Community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in up to 40 days of rehabilitation activity requirement and carry out 50 hours of unpaid work. To pay £95 surcharge and £85 costs. Also admits being a relevant offender within he terms of sections 80 and (8(3) of the Sexual Offences Act 2003 and subject to a notification order, failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the notification requirements as provided by Part 2 of that Act in that he failed to notify details of all debit cards that he held in his name in Poole on December 1, 2021. Community order made.
