REBECCA ALLISON, aged 36 and of Wellington Road, Bournemouth, admits driving a Ford Fiesta in Wimborne Road, Bournemouth, on April 9 with not less than 23 micrograms of cocaine per litre of blood. Fined £60. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months. Also admits driving a Ford Fiesta in Wimborne Road, Bournemouth, on April 9 with greater than 800 micrograms of benzoylecgonine, the main metabolite of cocaine, per litre of blood. Fined £60. Driving record endorsed. Also admits having a small quantity of heroin in Bournemouth on April 9. Fined £120. Drugs to be forfeited and destroyed.

RUGARE TADIWANASHE JECHE, aged 22 and of Curzon Road, Bournemouth, admits driving a motor vehicle in Madeira Road, Bournemouth, on March 3 with 48 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £120. To pay £34 surcharge and £200 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months.

NICOLA SALLY BARNEY, aged 36 and of Joys Road, Three Legged Cross, admits attempting to steal with Hayley Chapman food and clothing belonging to Marks and Spencer valued at £197 at Castlepoint in Castle Lane West, Bournemouth, on March 3. Community order made, whereby the defendant must follow an overnight curfew for four weeks. To pay £95 surcharge.

HAYLEY LISA LYNN CHAPMAN, aged 37 and of Bingham Drive, Verwood, admits attempting to steal with Nicola Barney foods and goods belonging to Marks and Spencer valued at £197 at Castlepoint in Castle Lane West, Bournemouth, on March 3. Discharged conditionally for 18 months. To pay £22 surcharge and £85 costs.

BEN ANTHONY BRITNELL, aged 32 and of Hesketh Close, St Ives, found guilty of when suspected of having driven a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen of blood for a laboratory test in the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence, failing to do so in Bournemouth on November 8, 2021. Fined £1,000. To pay £100 surcharge and £625 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 16 months.

Also admits sending a message to a woman via a mobile phone on December 8, 2021, which he was prohibited from doing by a non-molestation order made on November 29, 2021. Community order made. Also admits sending six messages to a woman via a mobile phone on December 9, 2021, which he was prohibited from doing by a non-molestation order made on November 29, 2021. Community order made. Also admits sending a message to a woman via a mobile phone on December 12, 2021, which he was prohibited from doing by a non-molestation order made on November 29, 2021. Community order made. Also admits calling a woman on her mobile phone and leaving two voicemails on December 27, 2021, which he was prohibited from doing by a non-molestation order made on November 29, 2021. Community order made.

DANIEL JOHN VAUGHAN, aged 42 and of Fortescue Road, Poole, admits having 0.16 grams of crack cocaine at Bournemouth Custody and Enquiries in Madeira Road, Bournemouth, on June 1. Committed to prison for seven days, suspended for 12 months. To pay £128 surcharge. Also admits having a quantity of herbal cannabis at Bournemouth Custody and Enquiries in Madeira Road, Bournemouth, on June 1. No separate penalty. Also admits having 0.09 grams of diamorphine in Bournemouth on June 1. Committed to prison for seven days consecutive, suspended for 12 months. Overall length of suspended sentence 14 days.

KIERAN JOSEPH PHELAN, aged 34 and of no fixed abode, admits failing to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following release from a period of imprisonment in that he failed to take part in activities in accordance with any instructions given by his supervisor in that he failed to attend for planned office appointments on June 1 and June 9 and also failed to attend Reach (drug and alcohol services) as directed to address his dependency, or propensity to misuse, a controlled drug in that he failed to attend any appointments offered. Fined £80. To pay £60 costs.

RYAN ASSAL, aged 37 and of Durlston Road, Poole, found guilty of driving a motor vehicle on the M4 junction 19-20 westbound in South Gloucestershire at a speed exceeding 70mph, namely 84mph. Fined £220. To pay £32 surcharge and £250 costs. Driving record endorsed with three points.
