THREE people were detained after being found with drugs and weapons in an elderly man's home.
Boscombe NPT conducted a safe and well check on the vulnerable elderly gentlemen yesterday, this was following concerns around him being exploited and drug activity occurring at his flat.
Three people were located and detained under The Misuse of Drugs Act.
A Dorset Police spokesperson, said: "A quantity of Class A Drugs were seized along with a number of nasty looking weapons.
"One male has been charged to court.
"We are working with our partner agencies to ensure ongoing safeguarding for the resident and we will continue to check on his welfare."
