ANDREW PHILIP HOMER, aged 43 and of Abinger Road, Bournemouth, found guilty of pursuing a course of conduct which amounted to the harassment or a woman in Bournemouth between June 6, 2021, and June 10, 2021, and which he knew or ought to have known amounted to the harassment of her in that he persistently messaged her despite being aware that she had asked him not to. Restraining order made, which lasts until June 8, 2023. Fined £346. To pay £35 surcharge and £620 costs.

CLARE LOUISE JONES, aged 38 and of Barton Close, Barton Hill, Shaftesbury, admits assaulting a woman by beating her in Shaftesbury on June 5, 2021. Community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in up to 25 days of rehabilitation activity requirement. Restraining order made, which lasts until June 8, 2023. To pay £200 compensation.
