A PEDESTRIAN has been involved in a crash with a bus in Poole this afternoon.
The air ambulance has landed in a field in Turlin Moor and road closures have been put in place.
The crash occurred in Turlin Road with emergency services called to the scene just before 2.30pm.
One person has been taken to hospital and officers remain in attendance.
A Dorset Police spokesperson said: “We received a report at 2.28pm of a collision in Turlin Road in Poole involving a bus and a pedestrian.
“Officers have attended, along with the ambulance service and road closures have been put in place as emergency services respond to the incident. We do not have any update in relation to injuries at this time.”
Turlin Moor is closed by police activity at the moment due to an incident. Routes 8 and 9 will divert missing out the estate loop running direct on Blandford Road. Sorry for the inconvenience caused. ^JB

Morebus services are being diverted as a result of the road closure.
Posting on Twitter, the bus operator said: “Turlin Moor is closed by police activity at the moment due to an incident.
"Routes 8 and 9 will divert missing out the estate loop running direct on Blandford Road. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.”
