CHRISTMAS at Kingston Lacy, the after-dark illuminated festive trail, will return to the National Trust mansion from December 2, 2022 to December 24, 2022.

The family friendly trail, featuring curated illuminations, set to a soundtrack of seasonal music, will illuminate the garden of the National Trust’s Kingston Lacy once again.

Matthew Findlay, Head of UK Trails for Sony Music/Raymond Gubbay Ltd, said: “We were thrilled with the fantastic response from visitors who enjoyed the trail last Christmas and our planning and preparation for 2022 is already well underway. Look out for some new surprises this year.”

Residents are being invited to explore trees interwoven with neon strings and decorated with giant baubles, count the larger than life ‘Wicker Days’ and watch the pea-lit tree and oversized crystals. There will also be a chance to see Father Christmas along the way.

Independent street food vendors will sell spiced winter warmer and hot chocolate and there will be an artisan marshmallow stall to give visitors the chance to warm their hands.

A spokesperson from Kingston Lacy said: “Christmas at Kingston Lacy provides a special way to celebrate the festive season with an unmissable outdoor experience. The trail is designed for visitors of all ages to enjoy. Book now to secure your choice of date and time.”
