A MOTORCYCLE and mountain bikes worth more than £10,000 in total were stolen from a number of sheds in Bournemouth.

The sheds at an address off Broadway in the Southbourne area were targeted sometime between 10.30pm on Monday, May 16, and 7.20am on Tuesday, May 17.

A high-value motorcycle with a custom paint design and ‘Sales’ stickers on it was stolen, as well as four bicycles.

The bikes are described as a DMR mountain bike, a Cube electric bike, a Focus Cayo mountain bike and a Marin El Roy mountain bike.

Police have now issued images of some of the stolen items as part of their investigation.

Police Constable Nicholas Burridge, of Bournemouth police, said: “I am issuing images of some of the stolen items and would urge anyone who has seen them for sale locally in unusual circumstances to please get in touch.

“I am also keen to hear from anyone with information about who was responsible for this incident.”
