BARBARA DIXON, aged 53 and of Westby Road, Bournemouth, admits when suspected of having driven a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen or specimens of breath for analysis in the course of an investigation into whether she had committed an offence, failing to do so in Old Christchurch Road, Bournemouth. Fined £466. To pay £47 and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 52 months.

TREVOR JOHN SIMPSON, aged 60 and of Boscombe Spa Road, Bournemouth, admits dishonestly undertaking or assisting in the retention, removal, disposal or realisation of stolen goods, namely two bottles of alcohol, gin and vodka, belonging to an unknown person by or for the benefit of himself or dishonestly arranging so to do, knowing or believing the same to be stolen goods in Boscombe Spa Road, Bournemouth, on April 22. Fined £40. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs.

ADAM DAVID POWER, aged 39 and of Hulse Road, Southampton, admits resisting PC McGowan a constable in the execution of his duty in Lowther Gardens, Bournemouth, January 31. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. To pay £22 surcharge and £45 costs.

SIMON DANIELIONUT, aged 41 and of Grove Road West, Christchurch, admits driving a Vauxhall Corsa at Stony Lane Roundabout on March 20 with 167 milligrams of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood. Committed to prison for four weeks suspended for 12 months. Also admits using a motor vehicle in Henbury Close, Poole, on December 2, 2021, without insurance. No separate penalty. Driving record endorsed. Also admits forging a registration mark in Henbury Close, Poole. Fined £250. Overall length of suspended sentence 10 weeks.
