The offence, which was taken to court by the train franchise, was proved in his absence at a Lavender Hill Magistrates’ Court hearing on Tuesday, May 10.
Quavar, whose address was given as Ensbury Park Road, Bournemouth, was fined £220.
He was also ordered to pay £62.30 compensation and £100 costs.
