OFFICERS have been carrying out patrols in Poole after reports of anti-social behaviour, drug dealing and motorbikes being ridden off-road.

Officers from Poole's Neighbourhood Policing Team (NPT) conducted a targeted evening Operation on Wednesday, May 11, on the Turlin Moor Estate.

Police attended the estate both on foot and in patrol cars, in response to various reports from the community.

These included anti-social behaviour, older youths from out of area attending the youth club on a night for younger children and causing problems when refused entry, motorbikes off road riding on the green areas and wider reports of drug dealing from cars.

A spokesperson from Poole NPT said: “We had some really positive interactions with members of the local community this evening. A pleasure to serve you guys.

“Please continue to report incidents to us. We are here for you. The quickest way to report a non emergency to us is via email 101@dorset.pnn.police.uk

“If you have footage of the off road motorbike riders, you can send it to us via email. Images are key to solving this issue and helping us to deal post event. But please don't place yourself at risk to obtain footage. Reports also help us to target our patrols at the right times in future.”
