PETER ALAN TURNER, aged 55 and of Meyrick Park Crescent, Bournemouth, admits with intent to cause a man harassment, alarm or distress, displaying some writing, sign or other visible representation which was threatening, abusive or insulting in Bournemouth on November 18, 2021, thereby causing that person or another person harassment, alarm or distress and the offence was racially aggravated. Community order made, whereby the defendant must follow an overnight curfew for six weeks. To pay £95 surcharge and £85 costs.

DEBORAH LENORE COOK-HAMPTON, aged 56 and of Shillingstone Gardens, admits using towards a woman threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause that person to believe that immediate unlawfuil violence would be used against her by any person, or to provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence in Poole on December 29, 2021. Community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in up to 12 days of rehabilitation activity requirement. Restraining order made, which lasts until May 3, 2023. Fined £100.
