BOURNEMOUTH

GEMMA ANNE MCNICHOL, aged 35 and of Windham Road, Bournemouth, admits failing to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following release from a period of imprisonment in that he failed to take part in activities in accordance with any instructions given by her supervisor in that she failed to attend for planned supervision appointments on March 3, March 22 and March 29. Committed to prison for seven days.

KEVIN MICHAEL TOKELOVE, aged 40 and of Florence Road, Boscombe, admits failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made on June 14, 2021, by failing to attend for a planned office appointment on February 15 and for a planned telephone appointment on April 6. Community order revoked. Fined £100. To pay £60 costs. New community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in up to 25 days of rehabilitation activity requirement.

DAVID MARK BROWN, aged 56 and of Belle Vue Road, Bournemouth, admits being a relevant offender within the terms of section 80 of the Sexual Offences Act 2003, he failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the notification requirements as provided by part 2 of that act in that he failed to notify the police of foreign travel on March 16. Fined £250. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs.

JOLON KAZUSHI MAHONEY, aged 24 and of Exton Road, Bournemouth, admits being in charge of a Honda Jazz in Overstrand car park, Honeycombe Chine, Bournemouth, on April 14 whilst unfit to drive through drink. Fined £300. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs. Driving record endorsed with 10 points.

JAMES PAUL CHRISTOPHER MULRENAN, aged 40 and no fixed abode, admits damaging a glass door to Dorset Police at Bournemouth Custody and Enquiries in Madeira Road, Bournemouth, on April 28. To pay £300 compensation and £85 costs. Also admits commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order made on May 24, 2021. Fined £20.

CHRISTCHURCH

MICHAEL DEAN SAMPSON, aged 31 and of Gordon Way, Burton, admits driving a Nissan Navara in Owls Road, Wessex Way and Balmoral Avenue, Bournemouth, on September 5, 2020, with 43 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £900. To pay £110 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months. Also admits being the driver of a Nissan Navara in Wessex Way, Castle Lane West and Letdene Avenue, Bournemouth, on September 5, 2020, and failing to stop the vehicle on being required to do so by a constable in uniform. Fined £200.

EAST DORSET

DALE PATRICK MADDEN, aged 38 and of East Borough, Wimborne, when suspected of having attempted to drive a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen of blood for a laboratory test in the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence, failing to do so at The Olive Branch in East Borough, Wimborne Minster. Fined £500. To pay £50 surcharge and £120 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months.

POOLE

AMER ARABI KATBI, aged 44 and of Northmere Drive, Poole, admits driving an Audi motor car on the Dorset Way, Poole, on December 22, 2020, at a speed exceeding 50mph, namely 66mph. Fined £120. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs. Driving record endorsed with three points.

WAYNE SIMON BROWN, aged 45 and of Library Road, Poole, admits attending the home address of a woman in Poole on January 26, which he was prohibited from doing by a restraining order imposed on April 28, 2020. Committed to prison for six months, suspended for 20 months. To pay £128 surcharge and £450 costs.
