A ‘WHOLE new’ coffee experience is coming to an historic market town in the form of a first of its kind showroom.
Dorset-based speciality coffee and hardware experts Barista & Co are expanding the business by opening their first ever show room in Ringwood’s market place and will welcome customers later this month.
Retailing in large stores such as Waitrose, Selfridges, and Lakeland, and offering a coffee subscription service to their customers, Barista & Co will open a showroom at 31 Market Place on Friday May 27.
Barista & Co says it will use the space to “transform the way people view coffee, ensuring everyone has the most efficient coffee maker and grind for their desired cup”. The showroom will be an inclusive hub welcome to all, showcasing the business’ products, hosting coffee events and as well as serving fresh coffee.
Co-founder James Gray said: “What a journey. We are so excited for this next chapter for Barista & Co. We are strong believers that coffee is personal to every individual, from the roast to the grind and the brew, everyone’s idea of speciality coffee is unique.
“With over 51 per cent of people currently using the wrong coffee maker for their perfect brew, the opening of our new show room will provide us with the opportunity to communicate directly with our coffee lovers, understand exactly what they want from their cup of coffee and give them the simplest method to achieve this. We fell in love with speciality coffee, and we want you to.
“We are looking forward to bringing a whole new experience to the world of coffee and our huge opening event in Ringwood is just the beginning.”
For its opening day, Barista & Co will be hosting an event with access to exclusive deals and discounts on the day, including:
- Unlimited fresh coffee and hot chocolate
- Discounts across all hardware
- Discounts on Barista & Co’s regular coffee subscription service
- Opportunity to enter a large giveaway to win more than £75 worth of coffee products
- Opportunity to decide the next flavours for the guest roast coffee
The unit was previously occupied by The Fireplace Room, a family run fireplaces and stove retailer which traded at the site from 2004 until October last year. It has since relocated to Long Meadow Industrial Estate in Three Legged Cross.
