ONE lane is blocked on a major road through the New Forest this morning due to a broken down vehicle.
The A31 is blocked westbound between Stoney Cross and Picket Post.
Traffic service Romanse is reporting delays of 20 minutes heading back to the M27.
Hampshire Constabulary said the incident was being dealt with by highways.
