LIAM WAYNE RICHARDS, aged 25 and of Frondeg Terrace, Llanelli, admits assaulting a man by beating him in Bournemouth on December 12, 2021. Fined £461. To pay £46 surcharge and £85 costs.

SERGIO CANALEJAS DONADO, aged 34 and of Robert Louis Stevenson Avenue, Bournemouth, admits sending to a woman an electronic communication, namely an audio recording which conveyed a threat for the purpose of causing distress or anxiety to the recipient or to any other person to whom he intended that it or its contents or nature should be communicated in Bournemouth on January 13. Restraining order made, which lasts until April 24, 2023. Fined £200. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs.

LEONARD LI VANDERVAIL, aged 41 and of Wootton Mount, Bournemouth, admits being a relevant offender within the terms of section 80 of the Sexual Offences Act 2003, failing without reasonable cause to comply with the notification requirements as provided by part two of the act in that he failed to notify details of financial accounts that he held. Community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in up to 30 days of rehabilitation activity requirement. Fined £60. To pay £95 surcharge and £85 costs. Also admits commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order made by Bournemouth Crown Court on September 20, 2019, for the offences of making indecent images, distributing indecent images and possession of extreme pornographic image. No action taken on breach.
