RICHARD JOHN FREW, aged 70 and of Gardens View, Bournemouth, found guilty of assaulting a man by beating him in Bournemouth on January 11, 2021. Fined £180. To pay £850 compensation, £34 surcharge and £150 costs.

SEAN LEE STANLEY, aged 32 and of no fixed abode, admits using towards CSAS officers threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause those persons to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against them by any person, or to provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence by them in the Square, Bournemouth, on August 20, 2021. Committed to prison for four weeks. To pay £100 compensation. Also admits commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order made on February 25, 2020. Fined £10.

EAST DORSET

SAMUEL PARKER, aged 30 and of Oakley Hill, Wimborne, admits pursuing a course of conduct which amounted to the harassment of a woman in Bournemouth between September 19, 2021, and September 26, 2021, and which he knew or ought to have known amounted to the harassment of her in that he messaged her, called her, left voicemails, attended her address and entered her bedroom without permission. Community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in a 42-day Building Better Relationships Programme, take part in up to 10 days of rehabilitation activity requirement and carryout 60 hours of unpaid work. Restraining order made, which lasts until April 18, 2023. To pay £150 compensation and £85 costs.

NEW FOREST

CHRISTOPHER JOHN GORDON, aged 40 and of Acacia Road, Hordle, admits driving a Scooter motor vehicle in Camellia Close, Three Legged Cross, on March 23 with 48 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £100. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months. Also admits failing to surrender to custody at Poole Magistrates’ Court on April 13, having been released on bail in criminal proceedings on March 24. Fined £20.
