JAMES WILLIAM MORAN, aged 27 and of Leven Avenue, Bournemouth, admits assaulting a woman by beating her in Bournemouth on September 8, 2021. Community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in up to 30 days of rehabilitation activity requirement. Also admits damaging a hoover belonging to a woman in Bournemouth on September 8, 2021. Community order made. To pay £400 compensation. Also admits assaulting PC Derrick, an emergency worker acting in the exercise of his functions as such a worker, by beating him in Bournemouth on September 8, 2021. Community order made. To pay £200 compensation.

ALAN DAVID WEEKS, aged 54 and of Grafton Close, Bournemouth, admits being in charge of a motor vehicle in King’s Road, Bournemouth, on November 14, 2021, with 206 milligrams of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood. Fined £250. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs. Driving record endorsed with 10 points.

KYLE GRANGER, aged 22 and of Stanton Road, Bournemouth, admits driving a motor vehicle in Bengal Road, Bournemouth, on October 30, 2021, with 96 milligrams of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood. Fined £120. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 14 months.

CHRISTCHURCH

MARTIN JOHN COX, aged 42 and of Queen’s Avenue, Christchurch, admits assaulting a person by beating them in Christchurch on November 7, 2021. Restraining order made, which lasts until February 20, 2024. Fined £150. To pay £50 compensation and £85 costs. Also admits damaging a staircase to the value of £15 belonging to a man in Christchurch on November 7, 2021. Fined £100. To pay £15 compensation.

NORTH DORSET

PETER BURGESS, aged 64 and of Beckett Close, Blandford St Mary, admits driving a Mercedes SL320 in West Street, Blandford Forum, on January 31 with 71 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £150. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 18 months.

POOLE

JOSEPH MICHAEL LONG, aged 21 and of Acorn Avenue, Poole, admits being concerned in the supplying of a quantity of cannabis between June 8, 2019, and October 10, 2019. Community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in up to 40 days of rehabilitation activity requirement and carry out 150 hours of unpaid work. To pay £95 surcharge and £85 costs. Plants, cannabis and assorted drug dealing equipment to be forfeited and destroyed by police. Also admits having a quantity of cannabis in Poole on October 10, 2019. Community order made.

PURBECK

DAREN CHRISTOPHER MILES, aged 58 and of North Causeway, Northport, Wareham, admits using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress, thereby, and the offence was racially aggravated. Fined £150. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs. Also admits commission of a further offence whilst subject to a conditional discharge order for a period of 24 months imposed on August 9, 2021, for an offence of harassment. No action taken on breach.
