COLIN BRIAN PETTS, aged 47 and of Shaftesbury Road, Bournemouth, admits having 0.19 grams of crack cocaine in Iddesleigh Road, Bournemouth, on January 19. Fined £120. To pay £34 surcharge and £40 costs. Drugs to be forfeited and destroyed.

CHRISTOPHER GEORGE HALL, aged 66 and of Monkswell Green, Christchurch, admits knowingly communicating with a person under the age of 16 years via the internet on January 11, which he was prohibited from doing by a sexual harm prevention order made on September 2, 2016. Community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in an accredited Horizon programme for 42 days and take part in up to 30 days of rehabilitation activity requirement. To pay £95 surcharge and £85 costs.

CHRISTOPHER ALEXANDER BRADLEY, aged 29 and of no fixed abode, admits failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made on September 13, 2021, by failing to attend for planned office appointment on December 30, 2021, and failing to keep in contact with probation thereafter. Fined £100. To pay £60 costs.

MARK JOHN WILLIAMS, aged 48 and of no fixed abode, admits breaching a domestic violence protection order made on January 22 in that he was at a flat in Upton with a woman on February 14 and a complaint was made for him to be liable for a penalty. Committed to prison for 14 days.

KEELAN CRAIG MAIDMENT, aged 27 and of HMP Winchester, admits with intent to cause a person harassment, alarm or distress, using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour thereby causing that or another person harassment, alarm or distress and the offence was racially aggravated in Poole on July 9, 2021. Fined £120. To pay £34 surcharge. Also admits knowing that payment on the spot for goods supplied, namely fuel, was required or expected from him, dishonestly making off without having paid as required or expected and with intent to avoid payment of £29.99 in Poole on June 29, 2021. To pay £29.99 compensation. Also admits knowing that payment on the spot for goods supplied, namely fuel, was required or expected from him, dishonestly making off without having paid as required or expected and with intent to avoid payment of £19.99 in Poole on July 7, 2021. To pay £19.99 compensation. Also admits commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order made on September 22, 2020, for two offences of criminal damage and one count of assault occasioning actual bodily harm. No action taken on breach.

PURBECK

TYLER ROBSON FINCH, aged 24 and of Kings Road West, Swanage, admits driving a motor vehicle in Sandford Road, Wareham, on June 3, 2021, with 6.7 micrograms of THC per litre of blood. Fined £220. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for three years.
