POP group Simply Red have rescheduled tonight's show at the BIC due to Covid.
The concert is now due to take place on March 1, 2022.
A statement from the band posted on Twitter said: “Unfortunately, due to Covid infection within the band and crew and under current Covid regulations, Simply Red must postpone their remaining tour dates to March 2022.”
All tickets remain valid for the rescheduled dates and customers have been advised they don’t need to take any further action.
Tonight’s gig was due to be the second date at the venue after the band performed at the BIC on Tuesday night.
The concert at the BIC forms part of the band’s 13-date Blue Eyed Soul tour across UK and Ireland which will see the outfit perform their greatest hits.
The band’s hits include Stars, Holding Back The Years, Fairground and Money’s Too Tight To Mention.
