A MAN has been handed a stringent curfew after breaching a courts instructions within days of them being issued.
Timothy Robert Tinton broke the restraining order he received on January 14 by entering the pedestrianised area of Christchurch Road in Boscombe on January 18.
As reported, Tinton, 42 and of Windsor Road, Bournemouth, received a community order with the separate restraining order at Poole Magistrates' Court after being convicted for an offence of harassment.
Appearing back in the dock at the same court on January 19, the defendant was handed a new 10-week community order, having admitted the breach.
