BOBBY & Co will reopen later today after being evacuated and temporarily closed.
Following routine overnight maintenance to the sprinkler system, a leak occurred close to electrics and the building was evacuated at 4pm on Thursday.
There is a small amount of cosmetic water damage to the back of the shop where Flaming Noras toy shop is housed.
A spokesperson for Bobby & Co said: "Very luckily, this area was already roped off as it was in the middle of a redesign, and we expect to be back on track there with minimal delay."

The electricts have now been switched back on and the store is expected to reopen today.
The spokesperson continued: "All electrics are now back on, and final electric safety checks are being performed to ensure that all fire alarms, lifts, and other essential elements are working properly.
"We hope to be able to open later today.
"Updates will be on the Bobby’s social channels."
