A MAN is due to appear in court after alleged criminal damage to a bus in Ferndown.
It was reported that at 7.20pm on Monday, September 6, a brick was thrown though the glass of the passenger door of a bus that was parked outside the Barrington Centre in Pennys Walk.
Following a CCTV appeal and enquiries by officers, a 37-year-old man from the local area has been issued with a postal requisition to appear at Poole Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, January 27 for an offence of criminal damage.
