A GROUP of people ordered £270 of food and drink at Bournemouth’s TGI Fridays and refused to pay before leaving the restaurant.

Police have released a CCTV of a group of people they would like to identify following the incident at around 1.35pm on Thursday, January 6.

It happened at the branch of the popular American chain in Exeter Crescent at the BH2 leisure complex in Bournemouth town centre.

Nine people ate the meal before and refusing to pay and left the premises without settling the bill.

Police Community Support Investigator Dave Singleton, of Bournemouth police, said: “We have been carrying out enquiries into this incident and have obtained CCTV images of a group of people we would like to identify.

“I would urge anyone with information as to their identity to please come forward.”
