Shops featuring back then are The Tuckton Stamp Shop, Vick & Co Turf Accountants, Shoemaster, Tuckton Newsagents, Parretts, White of Tuckton Everley’s Ironmongers, Avia and the Tuckton Pharmacy which is still at number 160.
This section of Tuckton Road between Southlea Ave and Danesbury Road has only had the properties between 146 and 138 which have been redeveloped.
