A POOLE man is due to appear in court accused of a drug possession offence in Bournemouth.
Officers from Bournemouth North Neighbourhood Policing Team witnessed an alleged drug deal taking place in Charminster while on patrol on Monday, January 17.
They stopped and conducted a search on a man, reportedly finding a quantity of Class A drugs on his person.
A Dorset Police spokesperson said a 42-year-old man from Poole had been charged with possession of a controlled drug of class A.
He is due to appear at Poole Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, February 9.
