IMAGES have been released after five bikes were stolen from a property in Poole overnight.

The incident happened between midnight and 6.15am on Sunday, January 9, in Bingham Avenue.

Police say the offenders forced entry to a secure building of a property.

The thieves stole a pale green Specialized electric mountain bike, a pale grey Specialized electric ladies bike, a dark blue Specialized Sirrus X model carbon gravel bike, a black Bombtrack Hook Ext-C gravel bike and a white 3T Exploro Team lightweight road bike.

Police Constable Megan Cleary, of Dorset Police, said: “I have been able to obtain images of four of the five bikes in the hope that somebody might have knowledge of their whereabouts.

“I am keen to hear from anyone who has witnessed any suspicious activity in the area at the relevant time or who has information about those responsible.

“Also, I would urge anyone who may have seen the described bikes for sale in unusual circumstances to contact police.”
