MARK ANTHONY CRAVEN, aged 44 and of Claremont Avenue, Bournemouth, admits stealing two Waterpik flossers to the total value of £134.98, belonging to Superdrug in Bournemouth on September 26, 2021. Also admits breach of conditional discharge order for a period of 12 months made on April 28, 2021, for offences of theft, no insurance and failing to surrender. Community order made, ordered to pay compensation of £134.98 and costs of £85.

LAMIN SANNEH, aged 45 and of West Cliff Road, Bournemouth, admits having 0.93g of cocaine on December 5, 2021, at Bournemouth Custody, Madeira Road, Bournemouth. Also admits failing to surrender to custody at Poole Magistrates’ Court on January 5, having been released on bail in criminal proceedings on December 5, 2021. Also admits breaching a conditional discharge order for a period of 18 months made on July 23, 2021 at Dorset Magistrates’ Court for and offence of possession of class A drugs. DARRELL JASON HARRISON GENNER AKA BARTLETT, aged 26 and of Pilot Hight Road, Bournemouth, admits assaulting a man by beating him in Bournemouth on May 27, 2021. Fined £500, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £50 and costs of £85.

GERRALD ANDREW CLARKE, aged 74 and of Clarence Park Road, Bournemouth, admits assaulting a woman by beating her in Poole on July 13, 2021. Fined £120, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and costs of £85.

CHRISTCHURCH

DANIEL RUSSELL, 40, of Stour Road, Christchurch, admits loitering outside of an address in Christchurch on January 10, which he was prohibited from doing so by a court order. Also admits breaching a suspended sentence order made on January 6 for breaching court order and two counts of harassment. Committed to prison for six weeks, suspended for 12 months. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £128 and costs of £85. Also fined £10.

POOLE

PHILIP ROBERT BERGIN, aged 32 and of Redhoave Road, Poole, admits using or threatening unlawful violence towards another person, and conduct was such as would cause a person of reasonable firmness present at the scene to fear for his personal safety on December 8, 2020 in Bournemouth. Also admits having a knife in Markham Road, Bournemouth, on December 8, 2020. Committed to prison for 12 weeks, suspended for six months, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £128 and costs of £85. Knife to be forfeited and destroyed.

ANTHONY STEVEN JOHN TAYLOR, aged 23 and of no fixed abode, admits breaching a domestic violence protection order on January 11 made by Dorset Magistrates’ Court on December 23, 2021. Fined £120.
