MAX WILLIAM CARLEY, aged 21 and of St Paul’s Lane, Bournemouth, admits failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made on January 20. 2021, by failing to attend for planned office appointments on September 20, 2021, and November 8, 2021. Community order revoked. New community order made, whereby the defendant must follow an overnight curfew for three weeks and carry out 100 hours of unpaid work. Also admits damaging property belonging to Network Rail at Hinton Admiral Railway Station on April 26, 2021. Community order made. To pay £396 compensation.

Fined £120. To pay £80 compensation and £85 costs.

DANIEL MICHAEL WHISKEN, aged 27 and of Bracken Road, Ferndown, admits driving a Ford Fiesta in West Way, Bournemouth, on October 23, 2021, with 46 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £300. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months.
