THE owner of a BMW was among those caught for driving offences by traffic cops on Thursday evening, January 13.
Police stopped the black BMW in the Wallisdown area after they saw the motorist driving ‘fairly briskly’.
The driver was found to have not followed up on an insurance quote or their license application - which the DVLA had no record of receiving.
The car was seized and the driver was reported to court for these document offences.

Dorset traffic police then attended patrols in Boscombe where they found an E-scooter riding - on a section of road that had been coned off for roadworks - against a red traffic light.
This led to the scooter being seized.
Additionally, police stopped a number of motorists for document offences including driving without a valid MOT - both drivers walked away with £100 fines.
