COLIN JOHN CHESTERMAN, aged 52 and of Stourwood Avenue, Bournemouth, admits damaging a VW Polo, to the value of £679.59 belonging to a man in Poole on February 17, 2021. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. To pay £679.69 compensation and £22 surcharge.

PETER JOEL ASHER, aged 38 and of no fixed abode, admits when suspected of having driven a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen or specimens of breath for analysis in the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence, failing to do so in Bournemouth Police Station on December 11, 2021. JAKE BOBBY PLATT, aged 39 and of Coleman Road, Bournemouth, admits via phone contact pursuing a course of conduct which amounted to the harassment of a woman between October 16, 2021, and November 18, 2021, and which he knew or ought to have known to amounted to the harassment of her in that contact was made numerous times by phone. Committed to prison for 12 weeks, suspended for two years. To pay £250 compensation and £85 costs. Also admits in the area of Poole contacting a woman by phone on numerous occasions between November 18, 2021, and November 21, 2021, which he was prohibited from doing by a court order on November 18, 2021. LIAM ATKINSON, aged 23 and of Toward Road, Sunderland, admits speaking directly to a woman in Bournemouth on July 2, 2021, which he was prohibited from doing by a restraining order imposed on September 1, 2020.
