DANIEL RUSSELL, aged 40 and of Stour Road, Christchurch, admits pursuing a course of conduct which amounted to the harassment of a woman and which he knew or ought to have known amounted to the harassment of her in that he arrived at her home address unannounced, messaged relentlessly and video called as well following her to the park between September 14, 2021, and November 13, 2021, in Dorset. Committed to prison for eight weeks, suspended for 12 months. Also admits pursuing a course of conduct which amounted to the harassment of a woman and which he knew or ought to have known amounted the harassment of her in that he arrived at her work place unannounced and messaged her extensively between October 11, 2021, and November 13, 2021, in Dorset. Committed to prison for eight weeks concurrent, suspended for 12 months. Restraining order made, which lasts until January 5, 2024. Also admits without a reasonable excuse attending a road on five occasions and communicating with a woman between December 4, 2021, and December 11, 2021, in Dorset, which he was prohibited from doing by a court order made on December 2, 2021. Committed to prison for eight weeks, suspended for 12 months. To pay £128 surcharge.
ADAM ALAN MICHAEL FORWARD, aged 26 and of Richmond Road, Poole, admits driving a Seat Arona on the A350 Sturminster Marshall on June 25, 2021, with 4.1 micrograms of THC per 100 millilitre of blood. Fined £250. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 18 months.
