TOMASZ ROBERT TOMCZYK, aged 36 and of Windham Road, Bournemouth, admits when suspected of having driven a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen of breath in the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence, failed to do so in Pauncefote Road, Bournemouth, on May 15, 2021. Community order made, whereby the defendant must carry out 150 hours of unpaid work. To pay £95 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 20 months. Also admits possessing six grams of cannabis in Windham Road, Bournemouth, on October 21, 2021. Community order made. Drugs to be forfeited and destroyed.

STUART GARETH FOULKES, aged 48 and of Westover Road, Bournemouth, admits being drunk and disorderly in Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, on December 3, 2021. Fined £50. To pay £34 surcharge and £50 costs. Also admits commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order made on October 19, 2021, for the offences of criminal damage and two assaults on emergency workers. Fined £10.

DANIAL VIZIRU, aged 24 and of Sea Road, Bournemouth, admits damaging a mobile phone belonging to a woman in Swindon on July 17, 2020. Fined £200. To pay £100 compensation and £85 costs.

MICHAEL ANTHONY CALLAWAY, aged 57 and of Alumhurst Road, Bournemouth, found guilty of using towards a man threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause that person to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against him by any person, or to provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence by him whereby that person was likely to believe that such violence would be used, or it was likely that such violence would be provoked. Discharged conditionally for two years. To pay £250 compensation and £200 costs. Also found guilty of damaging a picture and door belonging to St Mungos in Bournemouth. Discharged conditionally for two years. To pay £214.88 compensation.

Also admits stealing clothing and jewellery to the value of £759.75 belonging to T K Maxx in Salisbury on May 26, 2021. Community order made. Detagging device to be forfeited and destroyed. Also admits failing to surrender to custody at Salisbury Magistrates’ Court on September 24, 2021, having been released on bail in criminal proceedings on May 26, 2021. Community order made.

TIMOTHY VAUGHAN RANSCOME, aged 75 and of Richmond Park Avenue, Bournemouth, admits making direct contact with a woman in Bournemouth on October 20, 2021, which he was prohibited from doing by a restraining order imposed on September 1, 2021. Restraining order, which lasts until August 31, 2023, varied. Fined £200. To pay £100 compensation and £85 costs. Also admits having a sharply pointed skewer in Bournemouth on October 20, 2021. Fined £300. Skewer to be forfeited and destroyed. Also admits commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge order for a period of 12 months imposed on September 1 for an offence of Section 4A Public Order Act. No action taken on breach.

JASON MICHAEL BILLIARD, aged 44 and of Library Road, Poole, admits resisting PC Thomas, a constable in the execution of his duty in Bournemouth on October 1, 2021. Community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in up to 20 days of rehabilitation activity requirement. Fined £50. To pay £95 surcharge and £50 costs. Also admits conviction of an offence while a community order made on May 28, 2021, for two offences of resisting a police constable and one of driving while disqualified was in force.
