LIVERPOOL Victoria has been fined by the courts after it was proved to have kept a vehicle without a valid licence.
The company, based at County Gates, Bournemouth, was proved in its absence of the offence at a hearing at West Glamorgan Magistrates’ Court on Monday, January 10.
On June 19, Liverpool Victoria kept the vehicle at its premises at County Gates without a valid licence after the previous licence expired on May 7, 2021.
Magistrates fined the company £220 for the offence and ordered it to pay £3.50 vehicle excise back duty.
It will also have to pay £100 in costs.
