A MAN has been fined after failing to give the identification of a driver believed to have committed an offence.
Dan Fidler, 29, of Apollo Close, Poole, was proved to have committed the offence via a single justice procedure at a hearing at Brighton Magistrates’ Court on December 23.
On June 14, 2021, in Shoreham, having been required by or on behalf of the chief officer of police for Sussex, Fidler failed to give the identification of the driver of a Ford, alleged to have been guilty of an offence.
Magistrates fined the defendants £660 and ordered him to pay a victim surcharge of £66.
He was also made to pay £90 in costs and had his driving record endorsed with six points.
