Throughout the class you will move through a variety of simple postures that will be held between two and four minutes to really get the benefit of each asana.

The class will use bolsters and props to allow the body an extra level of support. This encourages the muscles to deeply relax, welcoming that sense of letting go of tension and stress.

It finishes with a guided meditation and savasana on the heated floor to deepen your relaxation and reset your nervous system.

The class costs £10 and booking is essential as spaces are limited. Contact 07908322007 or via Facebook to book in.
