BOURNEMOUTH

CARA JULIE MARSH, aged 32 and of Southcote Road, Bournemouth, admits possessing a quantity of cannabis in Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, on May 7. Community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in up to 25 days of rehabilitation activity requirement. Cannabis to be forfeited and destroyed. Also admits assaulting an emergency worker, namely a Community Safety Accredited Scheme Officer, acting in the exercise of his functions as such a worker, by beating him in Boscombe on May 7. Community order made. Fined £50. To pay £100 compensation.

ARRON RAYMOND PHILIP GALE, aged 54 and of Lydford Gardens, Bournemouth, admits driving a motor vehicle in Nortoft Road, Bournemouth, on September 25 with 60 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in up to 30 days of rehabilitation activity requirement. Fined £120. To pay £95 surcharge and £50 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 46 months.

MARK DAVID JOHN JESSOP, aged 61 and of Victoria Road, Bournemouth, admits possessing three wraps of diamorphine in Victoria Road, Bournemouth, on December 1. Fined £100. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs. Drugs to be forfeited and destroyed. Also admits possessing three wraps of cocaine in Victoria Road, Bournemouth, on December 1. Fined £100. Drugs to be forfeited and destroyed. Also admits possessing three bottles of methadone in Victoria Road, Bournemouth, on December 1. Fined £100. Drugs to be forfeited and destroyed.

SHARON LISA SMALL, aged 55 and of Riggs Gardens, Bournemouth, admits driving a motor vehicle in Manor Road, Bournemouth, on May 29 with 82 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £100. To pay £34 surcharge. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 36 months.

MARTIN JAMES CRISP, aged 28 and of Pilot Hight Road, Bournemouth, admits failing to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following release from a period of imprisonment in that he failed to make himself available for planned appointments on September 1, 2020, September 17, 2020, and September 22, 2020. Fined £50.

POOLE

ABIGAIL LEIGH SNAITH, aged 29 and of Banks Road, Sandbanks, admits with intent to cause a man harassment, alarm or distress, using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour thereby causing that or another person harassment, alarm or distress and the offence was racially aggravated at Nisa Local in West Cliff Road, Bournemouth, on January 23. Committed to prison for 12 weeks, suspended for 12 months. Restraining order made, which lasts until December 22, 2022. To pay £150 compensation, £115 surcharge and £85 costs. Also admits stealing a bottle of wine belonging to Nisa Local in West Cliff Road, Bournemouth, on January 23. Committed to prison for seven days concurrent, suspended for 12 months. Also admits assaulting a woman by beating her at Nisa Local in West Cliff Road, Bournemouth, on January 23. Committed to prison for eight weeks concurrent, suspended for 12 months. To pay £250 compensation. Also admits failing to surrender at Poole Magistrates’ Court on June 23, having been released on bail in criminal proceedings on March 31. No separate penalty.

PURBECK

JOSEPH RAYMOND TOWNSEND, aged 32 and of no fixed abode, admits assaulting a woman by beating her in Studland on December 26. Committed to prison for two weeks consecutive. Also admits contacting a woman in Studland on December 26, which he was prohibited from doing by a restraining order made on November 23. Committed to prison for six weeks. To pay £122 surcharge. Also admits assaulting PC Mills, an emergency worker acting in the exercise of his functions as such a worker in Studland on December 26. Committed to prison for two weeks consecutive. Overall length of sentence 10 weeks concurrent to sentence already being served having been recalled on licence.
