NEIL ANTHONY PUTTAERT, aged 46 and of Meyrick Park Crescent, Bournemouth, admits using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress in Pine Road, Bournemouth, on July 14. To pay £50 compensation. Also admits being drunk and disorderly in King’s Park, Bournemouth, on October 30. Fined £50. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs. Also admits failing to surrender to custody at Poole Magistrates’ Court on November 24 having been released on bail in criminal proceedings on October 31. Fined £50. Also admits commission of a further offence whilst subject to a conditional discharge order for a period of six months imposed on August 27 for an offence of obstruct PC. Fined £50.

DANIEL LEE BARROW, aged 36 and of Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, admits failing to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following release from a period of imprisonment in that he failed to reside permanently at an address approved by his supervisor and obtain the prior permission of the supervisor for any stay of one or more nights at a different address and keep in touch with his supervisor. Fined £20.

TERRY LEWIS, aged 39 and of Throop Road, Bournemouth, admits entering with a man as a trespasser a building, namely BT Telephone Exchange in Bournemouth on February 25, with intent to steal. Community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in rehabilitation activity requirement for up to 30 days. To pay £300 compensation. Also admits failing to surrender to custody at Poole Magistrates’ Court on May 20, having been released on bail in criminal proceedings on March 26. Community order made.

KHADIJA CORDINGLEY, aged 19 and of Windham Road, Bournemouth, admits failing with the requirements of a community order made on April 22 by failing to attend for planned office appointments on June 29, July 5, September 24 and September 28. Fined £50. To pay £50 costs.

KEELAN CRAIG MAIDMENT, aged 27 and of HMP Winchester, admits stealing meat steaks with an estimated value of between £150 to £200 belonging to Tesco in Bournemouth on August 25. Fined £50. To pay £150 compensation. Also admits stealing various items of meat with an estimated value of £140 belonging to Marks and Spencer in Ferndown on August 26. Fined £50. To pay £140 compensation. Also admits stealing various items of meat with an estimated value of £80 belonging to Marks and Spencer in Poole on August 24. Fined £50. To pay £80 compensation. Also admits commission of a further offence whilst subject to a conditional discharge order for a period of 12 months imposed on August 17 for an offence of theft. No action taken on breach.

JAKE STOCKLEY, aged 25 and of Charminster Avenue, Bournemouth, admits driving a Seat Arona on the A35 Barrack Road in Christchurch on May 21 with 5.6 micrograms of cannabis THC per litre of blood. Fined £369. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months.
